As the CEO and co-founder of Dashboard.Earth, she spearheads a groundbreaking platform that fosters individual engagement in local climate adaptation. Powered by a mobile app, Dashboard.Earth equips individuals with the tools and incentives needed to achieve climate resilience, one home and city at a time. Under Gayatri’s leadership, the platform has seen thousands of users take meaningful climate actions each month in Los Angeles and San Diego, with plans to expand into Orange County and the San Francisco Bay Area. 

Gayatri’s career spans multiple aspects of ecology and environment across both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. Before founding Dashboard.Earth, she specialized in film and communications, addressing diverse topics such as the mass extinction crisis, agriculture, architecture, water, and the climate crisis. Her filmmaking credits include the acclaimed documentaries "Elemental" & "Harmony: A New Way of Looking at Our World.” Through her work, she has collaborated with numerous environmental luminaries, including King Charles, Paul Hawken, and Vandana Shiva, filming in twenty countries over four continents. Gayatri has been featured as a keynote speaker at leading climate and technology events, sharing her insights on innovation and impact, and has been interviewed in publications such as The New York Times and Forbes.
